We get it! Shopping for a first bra online can feel “risky.” Her-Rah! 1st Bra takes the uncertainty and risk out of the equation and happily accepts returns and exchanges for any reason on merchandise postmarked within 30 days of purchase.
When we receive your return, we will credit your original form of payment or reship the item requested to be exchanged and send you a notification via the email provided at the time of the original order to let you know that your return or exchange has been processed. Items that are gently used and unsoiled will be inspected, washed and donated to The Grateful Garment Project to assist in aiding survivors of sexual abuse. Altered merchandise will be ineligible for return. If you received a promotional product, please include that or the return may be ineligible for reimbursement or exchange.
Qualifying returns are eligible for free return standard shipping. Qualifying exchanges are eligible for free standard return shipping and free standard reshipping for new size, color or style. Expedited shipping fees over the cost of standard shipping will not be refunded.
Life Gets Busy! 90-Day Free Returns & Exchanges
Life with tweens and teens can get busy! Items returned after our 30 day no questions – “wash it, wear it, love it” guarantee, are still eligible for full credit and free return shipping if we receive the item 90 days from purchase.
Merchandise must be unwashed, unworn and unaltered. All hangtags must be attached to the merchandise and proof of payment and original packing slip must accompany the merchandise at the time of return. Items that are worn, soiled or do not have tags and do not include proof of purchase or original packing slip are not eligible for a refund and will be inspected, and donated or used for marketing purposes. We allow 90 days from purchase date for returned items to be received for these items to be refunded in full.
Qualifying returns are eligible for free return standard shipping. Qualifying exchanges are eligible for free return standard shipping and free standard reshipping for new size, color or style.
Her-Rah! for the Forever Free Return Policy
Products returned after 90 days are still eligible for online store credit if they are unwashed and unworn. Returned merchandise must be unwashed and unworn.
All hangtags and stickers must be attached to the merchandise and proof of payment and original packing slip must accompany the merchandise at the time of return. Items that are worn, soiled or do not have tags and proof of purchase are not eligible for a refund and will be inspected and donated or used for marketing purposes and will not be shipped back to you.
If the returned Merchandise is eligible for a refund, You will be emailed a discount code giving you an online credit for the lowest price advertised since purchased. Qualifying returns are eligible for free return shipping.
Items marked Final Sale, Clearance, promotional items, as well as e-gift certificates are final and not eligible for return or exchange and will not be processed. The items will be inspected and donated and will not be shipped back to you.
Her-Rah! 1st Bra is not responsible for any orders shipped without our specific shipping label or prior approval.
International Return Information
Orders shipped internationally may be eligible for return or exchange, in line with our policies, but will incur shipping charges and applicable duty charges.
All international shipping rates and duties paid are non-refundable.
Items Purchased or Received as Gifts
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, an e-gift certificate will be e-mailed to You.
If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
Interpretation & Definitions
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for cancelling an Order is 30-days from the date on which You ordered the Merchandise, NOT the date You or a 3rd party took possession of the product delivered.

We will reimburse You no later than 30-days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for purchasing the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The Goods were purchased in the last 30-days for washed and worn Merchandise; or in the last 90-days for unwashed, unworn Merchandise.
The Goods after 30-days since purchase are in the original packaging and include attached hangtags, stickers, proof of purchase and original packing slip.
The following Goods cannot be returned: Promotional items, E-Gift Cards, & The supply of Goods that have been altered.
The supply of Goods where the date of expiry is over 30-days for washed and worn items; or 90-days for unwashed, unworn items that include attached hangtags and proof of purchase.
The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

As a Reminder:
Shipping fees will NOT be deducted from your refund if you are: within the 30 day window from placing your order for washed; and worn products within the 90 day window from placing your order for unwashed/unworn products.If you would like to exchange your product(s), it's the fastest and easiest to place a new order online. If you have received a promotional gift with purchase, please remember to include the promotional item with your return.

When will my Purchase by Refunded?
Once we receive your return, your refund will be issued typically within 7-10 business days to the original form of payment but could take up to 30 days.
Please note: that some banking institutions may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us. The return credit may not show up until your credit card’s next monthly billing cycle.
My Package was Lost in Transit, Now What?
Although very rare, this could happen. We are only able to refund or reship a package after 30 days has passed since the date of shipment. Once 30 days has passed, we will need confirmation from the shipping carrier to confirm loss of package in order to refund or reship.
